Start with this setup

The savings show up on the invoice. This is what shows up on the floor.

Your caregivers did not take this work for the paperwork. They took it for the people down the hall. A schedule that holds gives them their shift back, and gives you a building that runs like you planned it.

18 hrs

of weekly overtime off caregivers

Nobody gets guilted into a double

Burnout starts with the same three dependable people covering every call out because they are the ones who pick up the phone. Broadcast the shift to the whole roster and it goes to someone rested and willing, not someone already twelve hours in. That is 936 hours a year your team does not spend running on empty—at the illustrative reduction above.

30 hrs

a week off the scheduling desk

Nearly a full position, handed back

Once the week is planned instead of rebuilt, the schedule takes minutes and the call outs fill themselves. Operators who plan ahead get back close to 30 hours a week of building, calling, and texting. That is a person's whole week returned to rounding, coaching new aides, and being in the building.

On goal

care hours, building by building

Thin days turn red before they happen

Set a daily care hour target per building from your census and the week view grades every day against it in green, amber, or red. You catch Thursday on Monday, while there is still time to fix it, instead of hearing about it from a family or a surveyor.

Residents get the same faces in the same rooms

Memory care runs on familiarity. When preferences and swaps live in the schedule instead of in somebody's head, the aide who knows Mr. Alvarez needs a slow morning and two songs before breakfast is the one on his hall again next week. He is calmer. She is not starting from scratch. Families notice, and so do surveyors. Consistent assignment is the cheapest quality improvement in the building, and it is a scheduling decision, not a budget one.

Taking this to your ED?

Here is the short version you can forward. Most schedulers get a yes on the overtime line alone.

Cost is bounded and visible

$149 per facility / month — flat. That is less than 5 hours of overtime at your wage input.

The first month proves it

First month free with your real roster. If the open shift board does not fill shifts, cancel from the billing portal and you have paid nothing.

Everything is in the plan

Nothing here is an add-on and nothing unlocks at a higher tier. A 22 bed memory care wing gets the same product a six building group does.

Straight answers

Do I pay per building?
No. The $149 community price is per facility. Buildings and wings inside that facility are included, each with their own roster and care hour goals.
Is texting billed separately?
No. Open shift broadcasts and admin messages are included. Staff opt in when they join and can stop any time, and the trail is stored with their record.
What happens after the free month?
Your card stays on file; the first invoice is $0. Starting month two you are charged $149 per facility per month. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — if you cancel during the free month, you pay nothing.
How is our data handled?
Traffic is encrypted in transit, the platform runs on Azure, and access is scoped to your facility. For BAA and agreement specifics, ask us and we will send the current documents.
We already schedule inside our HR system.
Most of those handle payroll well and coverage poorly. Run one building here for a month next to your current process and compare the open shift fill rate.
